Through our Social Practice Academy, we aim to facilitate the creation of leadership development and social entrepreneurship opportunities for women from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds and women with lived expertise. We are working towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and have committed to making 2020-2030 the decade of action. 
 
Our approach involves combining research, programme delivery and multi-stakeholder engagement, to create and deliver high impact activities that benefit individual  participants, whilst simultaneously contributing towards systems change.
