Inclusive Governance: Stronger Boards

Having good governance systems will help to strengthen the board, as well as the charity as a whole. Our Inclusive Governance event will provide trustees with the knowledge and understanding of how to build cultures that are inclusive, that ensure that trustees from underrepresented groups are recruited and retained.

The event will also include good practice –  including application of the charity governance code, as well as the role that trustees can play in reporting on gender and ethnicity pay gaps and facilitating an inclusive organisational culture.

The session will run for a duration of 1 hour and will be delivered online via Zoom.
