Precious Sithole (ACA, FRSA) is the founder and CEO of Social Practice ENT. Precious began her career working as an external auditor at Mazars LLP's Birmingham Office, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. As part of the audit team, she worked with charities, multi-academy trusts, housing associations and large corporations with group income in excess of £500m.
She later joined the Mazars London Technical Financial Reporting team as an FRS 102 specialist, helping both charities and large corporations transition to the new reporting standard. She then subsequently went on to work as an accounting and strategic consultant, before forming Social Practice ENT.
In addition to being a chartered ICAEW accountant, Precious holds a level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership and a masters degree in Charity Management.
Precious is passionate about feminist economics and climate justice –– and is a member of the Women's Budget Group, as well as St Mary's University's Sustainability, Governance and Globalisation cross-sector research cluster.
