We are interested in partnering with charities that will place our programme participants on their boards as trustees. Recruitment drive will commence in February 2020, starting with the London cohort.
We are looking to partner with businesses that are interested in embedding our young trustee programme into their leadership development activities for women of colour.
Serving on a board could significantly improve employee confidence and leadership skills, which in turn will benefit partner organisations.
Women of Colour and Women in Senior leadership
Our trustee development programme is open to women of colour aged between
18 and 25. Applications for the first London 2020 cohort open 7 October 2019. Apply here.
We are also looking for women in senior leadership of all backgrounds to attend networking events and/or mentor our cohort.
