Strategic leadership: Our strategic leadership consultancy services focus on your charity's most critical issues and opportunities, helping to improve sustainability in a changing economic and technological climate. We introduce you to 'impact based strategy formulation tools' and equip you to set goals under conditions of uncertainty — helping you to transition your charity from a reactive to proactive operational style.
Finance staff upskilling: We work closely with your finance manager to identify skills gaps, and provide them with both training and technology-enabled learning that will help to expand their charity finance capabilities.
Financial agreed upon procedures: Our agreed upon procedures aim to provide comfort over compliance with regulatory or contractual requirements. As part of the engagement process we will discuss with you and agree a set of procedures to perform, that are based on your specific areas of concern. Previous engagements include: reviewing reporting of grant income; reviewing reserves policies and calculations; reviewing controls and finance systems.
